He has been named one of the country’s most influential chefs by Best Chefs America, having cooked with and supervised numerous successful culinary operations across the country. Chef Kevin’s dishes have graced the pages of Rhode Island Monthly and multiple national publications. His nationwide reputation was established right here in Jamestown as executive chef at the iconic Trattoria Simpatico.
